INTERNATIONAL CODE OF CONDUCT
(copied from the Congressional Record by permission of the President's
Commission On Inter-Species Relations)
RESOLVED
That it is now held possible that the male is a Distinct and Inferior
species.
RESOLVED
That further and extensive scientific and Medical research be conducted
to prove or disprove this thesis, such research to be concluded and a final
report issued Seven Years from This Date.
RESOLVED
That until the issuance of this report, the male will be held to be a
Distinct and Inferior species not covered by prior law.
As a member of the Distinct Species, in accordance with the Species
Protection and Control Association, you are remanded now into the protective
Service of a Sister.
What follows is the International Code Of Conduct by which you will live.
You will obey this Code until the President's Panel On Gender Equity has
issued its report in seven years.
You must understand every aspect of this Code. If you have difficulty
understanding any part of the Code, you are required to call your local SPCA
office for guidance.

0 . 100 INTRODUCTION
0 . 101 This Code is divided into four sections; Punishments, Ownership,
Conduct In Private, Conduct In Public.
1 . 100 PUNISHMENTS
1 . 200 A Violation Of Code carries a punishment of Grade III Severity.
In some instances, Grade II Severity punishments will be enforced.
1 . 300 A Sex Crime carries a punishment of Grade I Severity. These are
the most serious of crimes and will be countered with the most
horrible of punishments.
1 . 400 Violations Of Code reported to the authorities will become part of
your Inspection Record.
1 . 401 Having six Violations Of Code on your Inspection Record is a Sex
Crime.
1 . 500 Sex Crimes are always part of your Inspection Record.
1 . 501 Having three Sex Crimes on your Inspection Record is grounds for
sterilization or termination.
2 . 100 OWNERSHIP
2 . 200 You will be placed into the custody of a sister. She will be your
Mistress. Mistress will own you.
2 . 201 It is a Sex Crime to avoid being placed into custodial care.
2 . 202 It is a Sex Crime to attempt to avoid being placed in custodial
care.
2 . 203 It is a Sex Crime to speak of avoiding custodial care.
2 . 300 You will remain a property owned and cared for by Mistress until
the President's Panel On Gender Equity has issued its final report.
2 . 301 It is a Sex Crime to escape custodial care.
2 . 302 It is a Sex Crime to attempt to escape custodial care.
2 . 303 It is a Sex Crime to speak of escaping custodial care.
2 . 400 See the attached OWNERSHIP PAPERS for further information on
ownership.
3 . 100 CONDUCT IN PRIVATE
3 . 101 This details your conduct in the residence of Mistress.
3 . 102 For the purposes of this Code, a residence is defined as follows;
3 . 112 the home of Mistress;
3 . 122 a vehicle owned by Mistress;
3 . 132 any enclosed area Mistress allows you to share with her (hotel
room, guest house, cruise ship cabin, office, etc.).
3 . 200 You will at all times be mindful of your status as an inferior
species. Doing so will make it easier to remember the articles
of this Code.
3 . 201 Stating that you are not an inferior species is a Violation Of
Code.
3 . 202 Stating that you are equal to or superior to a woman in any way is
a Sex Crime.
3 . 203 You will remember that Mistress is taking care of you. You will
love and honor her for this.
3 . 204 Stating that Mistress is not taking care of you is a Violation Of
Code.
3 . 205 Making negative statements about Mistress is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 206 Making derogatory statements about Mistress is a Sex Crime.
3 . 207 Making fun of Mistress is a Sex Crime.
3 . 300 All property, including even such essentials as food and clothing,
belong to Mistress. Though she may allow you gifts, such gifts are
yet her property and must be returned on demand.
3 . 301 To keep any item is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 302 To attempt to keep any item is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 303 To hide any item is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 304 To attempt to hide any item is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 400 As an inferior species, you cannot be trusted to make correct life
decisions. These decisions will be made by Mistress.
3 . 401 Life decisions include, but are not limited to;
3 . 411 when, where, and what to eat;
3 . 421 when, where, and how long to sleep;
3 . 431 when, where, and how to have sex;
3 . 441 when to bathe;
3 . 451 how to dress;
3 . 461 and other such basic choices of lifestyle.
3 . 402 It is a Violation Of Code to resist, ignore, or disobey the life
decisions made by Mistress.
3 . 500 In all things in all ways, you will be obedient to Mistress. You
will do WHATEVER Mistress tells you to do.
3 . 510 As Mistress is making all life decisions for you, you need only be
attentive and obedient to her commands. The purpose of your life
is to obey Mistress.
3 . 520 As a member of an inferior species, it is a privilege for you to
serve Mistress in any capacities she demands. As her living
property, it is for you to serve Mistress.
3 . 501 Disobeying Mistress is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 502 Hesitating to obey Mistress is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 503 Defiance of Mistress is a Sex Crime.
3 . 600 Sex exists for the enjoyment of the New Woman.
3 . 610 Sexual gratification for members of the inferior species is
unimportant.
3 . 601 You may not engage in sexual activity unless explicitly permitted
or commanded to by Mistress.
3 . 611 Asking for sex is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 621 Asking for sexual release is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 631 Masturbating without the consent of Mistress is a Violation Of
Code.
3 . 641 Engaging in other sexual activities without consent or command of
Mistress is a Sex Crime.
3 . 602 For the purposes of this code, sexual activity includes but is not
limited to;
3 . 612 masturbation;
3 . 622 fondling;
3 . 632 foreplay;
3 . 642 traditional intercourse;
3 . 652 anal intercourse;
3 . 662 oral adoration;
3 . 672 viewing sexually explicit materials;
3 . 682 and any other activity Mistress determines to be of a sexual
nature.
3 . 603 Should Mistress permit or command you to sexually serve her, you
will be mindful that you are there to see to her pleasure and
satisfaction. Your own sexual urges are unimportant.
3 . 604 Climaxing without command is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 605 Failure to bring Mistress to a climax is a Sex Crime.
3 . 606 Continuing the intercourse when commanded to stop is a Sex Crime.
3 . 700 Mistress reserves the prerogative of administering discipline
through Grade III Severity at all times, even if you have not
committed a Violation Of Code or a Sex Crime.
3 . 701 Attempting to avoid the discipline is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 711 Pleading for mercy is not regarded as an attempt to avoid
discipline.
3 . 800 Raising your voice to Mistress is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 801 Seeking to defend yourself from physical discipline administered
by Mistress is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 802 Telling an untruth to Mistress is a Violation Of Code.
3 . 803 Making threats against Mistress is a Sex Crime.
3 . 804 Pulling out of the grasp of Mistress is a Sex Crime.
3 . 805 Doing intentional damage to the property of Mistress is a Sex
Crime.
3 . 815 Being that you are property of Mistress, you may not inflict injury
on yourself.
3 . 825 You will damage the property of Mistress, including yourself, if
Mistress commands you do so.
3 . 806 Pulling or knocking an object out of the hands of Mistress is a Sex
Crime.
3 . 816 Knocking an object away from Mistress so she cannot grasp it is a
Sex Crime.
3 . 807 STRIKING MISTRESS IS A SEX CRIME AND IS PUNISHABLE BY TERMINATION
OR WORSE.
3 . 808 LAYING YOUR HANDS ON MISTRESS TO STRIKE OR RESTRAIN HER IS A SEX
CRIME PUNISHABLE BY TERMINATION OR WORSE.
3 . 809 ATTEMPTING TO, PLANNING TO, OR SAYING YOU WANT TO OR WILL STRIKE
MISTRESS IS A SEX CRIME PUNISHABLE BY TERMINATION OR WORSE.
3 . 900 You will comport yourself according to all previous articles when
dealing with all sisters who enter the residence.
3 . 910 In effect, all sisters who enter the residence will be treated as
Mistress.
3 . 901 The commands of Mistress take precedence over the commands of
guests or visitors.
3 . 911 If the sister is an officer of the US government on official
business, her commands supersede those of Mistress.
3 . 921 Failure to obey an officer's commands is a Sex Crime.
3 . 931 Hesitation in obeying an officer's commands is a Sex Crime.
4 . 000 CONDUCT IN PUBLIC
4 . 010 These articles regulate the behaviors of members of the inferior
species in public areas.
4 . 020 For the purposes of these articles, public areas are all spaces not
defined or recognized as a residence of Mistress.
4 . 100 All prior articles concerning your conduct in private apply to your
conduct in public.
4 . 110 In effect, you will treat every sister you encounter as you treat
Mistress, with deferential obedience and loving respect.
4 . 120 The commands of Mistress supersede the commands of other sisters.
4 . 121 It is still a Violation Of Code to disobey or ignore the commands
of other sisters.
4 . 130 The commands of government officers supersede the commands of
Mistress.
4 . 131 It is still a Violation Of Code to ignore or disobey the commands
of Mistress when following the commands of an officer.
4 . 200 It is a Violation Of Code to be publicly rude.
4 . 201 The definition of public rudeness includes, but is not limited
to;
4 . 211 speaking without being spoken to;
4 . 221 staring at a sister;
4 . 231 making eye contact with a sister;
4 . 241 causing a commotion or incident;
4 . 251 reading in public;
4 . 261 having a noticeable erection;
4 . 271 and in general disturbing the unisex tranquility.
4 . 300 It is prohibited for a member of an inferior species to dress
publicly as a sister.
4 . 301 Cross-dressing in public is a Sex Crime.
4 . 400 You may not leave the residence of Mistress unless accompanying her
or unless she issues you a pass.
4 . 410 Leaving the residence without Mistress or her pass is a Sex Crime.
4 . 420 Attempting to leave the residence without Mistress or her pass is
a Sex Crime.
4 . 401 When you leave the residence, you must wear an identity tag. This
tag will have the name of Mistress, her address and phone number,
your Slave ID Number, and the number of Violations Of Code and
Sex Crimes on your Inspection Record.
4 . 411 Failure to wear an identity tag is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 421 Wearing an incomplete identity tag (one without all information
required) is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 431 Removing or attempting to remove an identity tag is a Sex Crime.
4 . 441 Defacing or attempting to deface an identity tag is a Sex Crime.
4 . 451 Altering or attempting to alter (i.e., make untrue) an identity tag
is a Sex Crime.
4 . 461 Wearing a defaced or altered identity tag is a Sex Crime.
4 . 471 An identity tag must be worn so as to be easily visible by all.
It cannot be covered or concealed by clothing or by hair.
4 . 481 Concealing or attempting to conceal an identity tag is a Violation
Of Code.
4 . 491 Any sister who wants to may read your identity tag, and you will
give her ample time to do so. Failing to do this is a Violation Of
Code.
4 . 402 Should Mistress permit you to travel beyond her presence, she
will issue you a handwritten pass. This pass will contain the
date and time it was written, your Slave ID Number, where you
are coming from, where you are going to, and for what purpose
you are traveling.
4 . 412 Altering, attempting to alter, or carrying an altered pass is a
Sex Crime. An altered pass is one that contains false or inaccurate
information.
4 . 422 Carrying an incomplete pass is a Violation Of Code. An incomplete
pass is a pass that does not contain all required information.
4 . 432 A pass must be surrendered on command to a law enforcement official
or inspection.
4 . 442 Failure to produce a pass on command is a Sex Crime.
4 . 452 Hesitating to produce a pass on command is a Sex Crime.
4 . 462 You must use the shortest route to reach the destination (s) listed
on the pass.
4 . 471 Loitering is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 482 Becoming lost is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 492 If a law enforcement officer, at her discretion, decides you have
traveled too far or too long, she will find you in Violation Of
Code.
4 . 500 Public transportation is for the use of sisters only. You may not
use public transportation.
4 . 510 Using public transportation is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 520 Attempting to use public transportation is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 501 You may use private transportation only when in the presence of
Mistress and only at her whim.
4 . 511 Using private transportation when not in the presence of Mistress
is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 521 Attempting to use private transportation when not in the presence
of Mistress is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 502 When not in the presence of Mistress, you will walk.
4 . 600 You will always move out of the way of a sister.
4 . 610 Failing to move out of the way of a sister is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 620 Failing to move out the of the way of a law enforcement officer is
a Sex Crime.
4 . 601 You will never step or "cut" in front of a sister.
4 . 611 Stepping in front of a sister is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 621 Stepping in front of a law enforcement officer is a Sex Crime.
4 . 602 When in the presence of Mistress, you will walk behind her.
4 . 612 Walking beside Mistress is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 622 Walking in front of Mistress is a Sex Crime.
4 . 603 Some public areas are for sisters only. You may not enter a
Sisters Only area.
4 . 613 Entering a Sisters Only area is a Sex Crime.
4 . 623 Attempting to enter a Sisters Only area is a Sex Crime.
4 . 604 Public restrooms are for the use of sisters only. There are no
public restrooms for members of the inferior species.
4 . 614 Using a public restroom is a Sex Crime.
4 . 624 Attempting to enter a public restroom is a Sex Crime.
4 . 634 Entering a public restroom is a Sex Crime.
4 . 700 When you are not in the presence of Mistress, any sister can
administer discipline through Grade III Severity for any reason at
any time.
4 . 710 Attempting to avoid the discipline (except through pleading /
begging) is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 701 When you are not in the presence of Mistress, any sister can
command your obedience. You will do whatever she commands.
4 . 711 Disobeying a command is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 721 Refusing to obey a command is a Sex Crime.
4 . 702 If a sister commands you to do something explicitly prohibited
by Mistress, or to disobey a command given you by Mistress, the
command of Mistress takes precedence over the command of the
sister.
4 . 712 In this instance, refusing to obey the command of the sister is
a Violation Of Code and not a Sex Crime.
4 . 703 Telling an untruth to a sister is a Violation Of Code.
4 . 800 Law enforcement officers reserve the power to command you to do
anything.
4 . 810 The commands of a law enforcement officer take precedence over the
commands of Mistress.
4 . 820 The commands of a law enforcement officer take precedence over the
commands of any other sister.
4 . 830 Disobeying the command of a law enforcement officer is a Sex
Crime.
4 . 840 Refusing to obey the command of a law enforcement officer is a
Sex Crime and is grounds for spot termination.
4 . 801 Law enforcement officers reserve the power to administer any
discipline through Grade II Severity at any time for any reason.
4 . 811 Attempting to avoid such discipline is a Sex Crime. This includes
begging / pleading.
4 . 802 Attempting to avoid a law enforcement officer is a Violation Of
Code.
4 . 803 Attempting to hide from a law enforcement officer is a Violation Of
Code.
4 . 804 Fleeing from a law enforcement officer is a Sex Crime.
4 . 805 Telling an untruth to a law enforcement officer is a Sex Crime.
4 . 806 For the purposes of all Codes, a law enforcement officer is any
member, on duty or off duty, of the Constabulary, Federal Bureau
Of Interrogation, Defense Force, or Species Protection And Control
Administration.
4 . 816 These offices are collectively known as Security Forces.
5 . 000 This Code Of Conduct is inviolate.
5 . 001 No command of Mistress supersedes this Code Of Conduct.
5 . 011 It is yet a Violation Of Code to disobey or refuse such a
command.
5 . 002 No command of any sister supersedes this Code Of Conduct.
5 . 012 It is yet a Violation Of Code to disobey or refuse such a
command.
5 . 003 No command of any government official, including law enforcement
officers, supersedes this Code Of Conduct.
5 . 013 It is still a Sex Crime to disobey or refuse such a command.
5 . 004 Only law enforcement officers of Rank 3 or higher can issue
commands that supersede this Code Of Conduct.
